Exam sprint weeks and production ethics

Timed drills can reward muscle memory that skips verification steps. After each sprint block, we require a two-minute debrief labeling which shortcuts were exam-only. That framing protects new certificate holders from importing bad habits into real clusters. We also remind cohorts that exams measure a subset of skills; humility about unknowns is part of the job.
