Refund & Cancellation

1. Process
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@storage-portal.one with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. We confirm receipt and outline next steps within five business days except during published holiday closures.
Approved refunds for card-based purchases are sent back to the original payment method where possible; bank-transfer refunds may require additional verification for fraud prevention.
2. Eligibility
For standard consumer enrollments governed by Korean consumer protection rules, you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, provided digital access has not begun beyond incidental technical setup clearly disclosed at purchase.
If you have accessed more than the permitted preview materials, partial charges may apply as allowed by law.
3. Exceptions
Custom enterprise workshops with calendars locked more than thirty days in advance may carry different cancellation windows described in the signed statement of work.
No-shows after the published start time are generally not refundable unless extenuating circumstances are documented and accepted at our discretion.
4. Scope
This policy covers tuition-style fees published on this site. It does not cover third-party exam vouchers sold separately by certification bodies under their own policies.
Optional add-ons such as extended lab weeks, if purchased, follow the same withdrawal windows unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Contact
Refund correspondence should include a reliable reply-to address. We may call the phone number on file for high-value orders to prevent fraudulent refund requests.
6. Timeframe
Once approved, refunds typically post within ten business days depending on banking networks. If a refund is delayed, we will provide status updates on request.
Chargebacks initiated with your issuer without first contacting us may slow resolution while we reconcile records.
