General Terms
Last updated: 2026-03-14
1. User obligations
You agree to use ClusterForge Institute learning environments, materials, and community spaces responsibly. Accounts are personal unless a company purchase agreement states otherwise; sharing credentials or attempting to extract lab infrastructure beyond permitted exercises is not allowed.
You will not interfere with other learners, introduce malware, or probe our networks beyond the scope of assigned labs. If you discover a vulnerability, report it privately to the contact email with enough detail for reproduction.
When participating in live sessions, you consent to reasonable code of conduct enforcement, including removal for harassment or sustained disruption.
2. Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or abuse that risks other learners. Where consumer protection law in the Republic of Korea grants you additional rights, those rights remain in force.
You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions that logically survive termination—such as limitations on liability for past events, intellectual property notices, and dispute clauses—continue after access ends.
3. Service description
ClusterForge Institute provides instructor-led and cohort-based Kubernetes administration training, workshops, and related materials. Unless a separate statement of work exists, offerings are educational services, not managed infrastructure operations for your production systems.
Lab environments are time-bounded sandboxes. Performance, availability, and data durability are not guaranteed outside the pedagogical purpose of each exercise.
4. Acceptance
By registering, attending a session, or browsing certain gated resources, you accept these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to payment and usage obligations described at checkout or in the applicable order form.
If you do not agree, do not use the services. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes to another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections designate another forum.
For enterprise customers with negotiated contracts, the governing law clause in the signed agreement prevails over this general web policy where they conflict.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClusterForge Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or business interruption, except where such exclusions are void under Korean consumer law.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from a paid enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that specific enrollment unless a higher minimum is mandated. This cap does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, branding, and lab scenarios are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during access windows. You may not resell course packs, scrape content for competing catalogs, or remove attribution notices.
Open-source software used in labs remains under its respective licenses. Our original explanatory text, diagrams unique to ClusterForge Institute, and curated exercise narratives are proprietary unless marked otherwise.
